Architecture
The system takes inputs from mono or color units with any configuration. Every reel stand will interface to the system. A standard system of 3, 4 and 6 units is available and a tower can be added to any configuration.
The system is stackable and can be rack mounted. It front panel indicators provide all the signals required to reflect the current machine state. The signals are 24 V DC which is compatible to all the printing machines. The system can handle upto 200,000 copies per hours and has excellent frequency response. The PC will issue command like Start, Stop, Pause, Read status and write command to the embedded controller which will be in sync with the machine and the PC. The entire hardware is designed to withstand most rugged industrial environment.
