Components
accuMEASURE has an industrial PC, a power full embedded firmware which interfaces the printing machine and sensor. The heart of accuMEASURE is an industrial PC with dual-core technology, having clock speed in excess of 3 MHz, with 1 GB RAM and 100GB disc with an embedded application. The microprocessor module is a compact, powerful core module that has all the components needed to jumpstart the board design.
The microprocessor has a 256 KB RAM with 40 I/O lines some of which are fixed and configurable. It has built-in times with large address and data bus.
The load cells have a capacity to measure from 500 Kg to 1000 Kg depending on the GSM and thickness of the paper with an over load of 150%.
